During these unprecedented times, the impact of Covid-19 has effected USPS's processing and delivery times and can be impacted with delays that are currently out of our control. Orders are shipped out within 2-4 business days, however, we ask that you give packages at least 8-10 days to process with tracking info. We understand that this is an inconvenience for you, and truly apologize. 
REFUND POLICY 
All sales are FINAL.
Please be sure to provide the correct address, there are NO address changes. Once an item has shipped, it is out of our control. Always carefully read the description of each item as we do not accept exchanges/refunds. In the event that a piece of jewelry is damaged, we ask that you contact us within 1-3 business days of receiving the item for careful consideration. Make sure to provide your order number, and evidence of the damage (photos), for consideration of refund.
ALL shipping fees are NON-refundable.
